Lack of communication and follow through, student loan checks were to be sent directly to the institutions, instead checks were sent directly to me to disburse, submitted the same documents more than once, frustrated that I had to wait an additional 5 months to refinance leading me to have a higher rate. Jenna was very helpful and understanding, thankful to her for getting me through this process.
