Get directionsI went to the ER yesterday. The Dr didn’t do anything to help me, except give me pain medication. I had a neurological issue with my legs and spine. He dismissed me! DONT GO TO THE ER!!!
I hate going to any doctor let alone an emergency room but last night I felt like I needed to be seen. The treatment I received from the physician in the ER and the nurse was a nightmare. Very hateful, condescending, and no bedside manner whatsoever. I couldn't even get a sentence out without being interrupted and an eye roll. I was not helped or examined/assessed properly. Needed labs on a Sunday! Lab is Closed on Sunday, dr. Called in order, they did the test, department was closed, ran them for me! Only problem, no one called her back with results, so she called them, by the time all this took place , pharmacy’s were closed. But thankful to know my issues! It all worked out on Monday!

Billing department was rude and did not care what I had to say. I received a bill on the 19th of February (today). This bill had a bill date of February 9th with a payment due date of March 11. Again we just received this bill today (the 19th). How do you expect for people to just pay a large bill with only two weeks notice and not want to work with them. The actual hospital staff is friendly and nice but billing is a joke and act like they don’t care about the individuals who have used their service.

Everything. I’ve been sent home before even getting to explain my issues since anxiety is on my file. They’ve left me untreated when I’m having physical problems because they tell me I’m just having anxiety. A surgeon came to my ER room & hesitated once & said “Wait until 2021 & you might feel better”. Last night I was nearly cussed out & yelled at & I wasn’t even discharged properly. I have never had issues cass! However yesterday it had seem that everyone hates their job and didn’t want to be there to take care of patients!! I will not be going back. This was in the ER!!
