Was checking in for an appointment with the Dermatologist and then they called up front to tell me they were canceling my appointment because I was 10mins late, even tho the front desk was checking me and my husband in at the same time. That is so disgraceful.

Dr. Swarez and his nurse deliberately lied straight to my face telling me they did not receive my file from my chiropractor. I have the confirmation number to PROVE they sent my file to Dr. Swarez and he RECIEVED it! He received it just after 8am today! My file explains my injuries from a serious car accident. I normally only use Cass as my hospital because of the professionalism of the staff. Tonight was not the case. I have a long standing medical history of having kidney infections/UTIs/etc and the staff tonight treated me as if I was drug seeking! I told them my pain level was a 9 (I never say 10 because I've had children and NOTHING compares to that, not to mention, I did one naturally) and they never even told me what to do. I went last night due to what I thought was a spider bite on my skull. The nurse acted like I was drug seeking. The doctor on the other hand was professional and diagnosed a lymphatic issue on the base of my skull. He explained that it was in the spinal chain and ordered two shots to relieve the pressure and put me on high dose of antibiotics. I feel more comfortable today. I took my nine month old son there yesterday. The nurse hardly talked to us and the doctor was in and out of the room in 2 minutes. Didn't test him for anything. Just said he has an ear infection but wouldn't explain the full body fever not the patches of redness on his arms legs and back. The only good experience was the waiting time wasn't as bad as I was imagining. The triage lady was sweet.

I went here in May, we showed up early morning from what I thought was maybe a reaction to some medication that I had just started taking. The Doctor wasn't very personable, and told me sometimes we need to ignore symptoms, he was very condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. ...I couldn't breathe, my heart was racing, and I was physically shaken.
