Get directionsI am. still feeling the same and worse after leaving.
To come in and see your grandmother in much pain and all the nurses not in to help was hard to witness. Even told the nurses hours ago she needed to go to the restroom and no one came to take her. This is an issue

Your ER staff is worthless. I been before and not had any issues. They would Benefit from training on diabetes. I would only recommend this as an ER that is for Band-Aid services.

The doctor I was sent to see was a specialist. He came in and saw me for approximately 5-6 minutes, asked a couple brief general questions ordered the same lab work that had just been done by my referring physician and gave me paperwork on fibromyalgia. I have a proper diagnosis of SLE from 22 years ago and have had ongoing testing for this disease over the years.. Not to mention you cannot dx someone based off a 5 minute meeting. And to think I waited several months for this appointment!

My mother was a patient at Pleasant Hill Medical Center & Cass Regional Medical Center. She routinely had to have bloodwork done to check a particular vitamin level. On 4 sequential separate occasions, she had complaints of chest pain, feeling flu like, fever and diarrhea. I don’t know what they were thinking, as she was told by a nurse it was probably heartburn, she nearly fainted once and a nurse grabbed their wheelchair and wheeled her out to my car to deposit her, and she saw Dr. Davis once who said to come back if she f... read more
CRMC killed my mom in August 2018. She went in for a routine colonoscopy and never came home. The endoscopist and the floor nurse were both negligent. When my home had an abdominal pain level of 7, the nurse didn’t even take vital signs, told her it was just gas pains and to get up and walk around. The doctor had damaged the spleen, causing massive internal bleeding. My poor mom died a slow, painful death at CRMC. I have nightmares almost every night about how she suffered. The hospital’s experts response: “She wouldn’t ha... read more
Slowest ER I have ever been in. Zero out of 5 stars. I told my daughter that Belton Regional was the better choice and once again Cass Regional proved that they are the worst hospital around.
Don’t ever come here. Even if it is a last resort.
A few weeks back my family member was in the ICU, when visiting, I was impressed with most of the staff, aside from a male nurse that looked like he might have had one too many the night before. Blood shot eyes and just seemed off. The hospital is very clean, and overall I was impressed. Thank you for caring for my wife’s father.
