Charging 800$ for 1$ worth of sterilized salt water is pretty Shitty, but I guess you need money for ridiculous oversized building from somewhere and if your patients have lost so much of their brain capacity that they can't see you are robbing them blind....

This place is beyond horrible I broke my finger at the knuckle and they put a splint to hold my finger straight not even close to supporting the knuckle so I went to Belton hospital and they were furious. And this was last fall and my finger is now messed up because of it. This place is a pos.

Spent a few days at a major hospital with a horrible experience. Cass Regional would have taken care of all our needs and more!

Cass Regional Medical Center is THE WORST hospital ever. Not once but TWICE NOW have I made payments and they either charged them to the wrong account or not at all. I ALWAYS have to call them multiple times because it seems as though their cashier has a 7 1/2 house lunch as she NEVER answers. The first time I tried to pay a bill they charged it to the wrong account and I got sent to collections. I quickly paid it (again) and took my receipt back to the hospital where they said "Oops sorry, mistakes happen!" I asked what the... read more
