Applied for pre-approval and pre-qual letters with her office; obtained loan to purchase home. Staff was very responsive and completed process in timely manner. Seller had relatively short deadline for loan committment and closing; Cathy H. and staff were able to meet deadline and response to seller's inquiries.

Cathy responded immediately to my request and was extremely helpful. What impresseed me the most is that Cathy pushed our application through so fast. I had heard horror stories of mortgage refinance deals taking up to 6 months to close. It was about 3 weeks from our first contact until we closed! And everything went so smoothly. We are so thankful to Cathy for how painless the whole process was and we are now enjoying savings of about $600 a month!! Cathy and her team definitely provided a great start to the process along with a mortgage commitment. however (wait for it…), to my dismay on the day of closing they say the mortgage is not approved! This totally left me and my family in complete distraught. Backdrop to the story- I am moving from California and I loved given the promising path the mortgage process was taking.
