Kathy and her team were very personable. Whenever I had any questions, I would call and someone would give me an answer. The team made the entire loan obtaining process (which is always stressful) a lot more bearable. I would highly recommend.
Communication was exceptional...early in the process my own bank dropped the ball several times and we went with AHL and we never looked back. We needed to close in 30 days and they delivered as promised. They use the latest in online e-sigs in order to get the process moving faster.
I really can't say enough great things about Cathy and her entire team. There wasn't a moment that I had to wait for a response as she and her team were there every second of every step of the way. Not to mention we closed in under 30 days under extremely tight circumstances of approval. I will be sharing Cathy's info with anyone I know who is moving into a new home.
