I wish we were given more notice when we needed paperwork submitted. Sometimes we would check emails in the middle of the day with the request that the information be submitted by the end of that day.

My wife and I couldn't have made a better choice! Cathy and her team (James and Candice) were extremely professionals, relaible and supportive. TheY were always there when you needed to ask any questions, they provide you with supper clear instructions and explainations on how to proceed step by step. We highly recommend this bank. They made our first home buying process very smooth and painless.

If you are looking for mortgage service, you might be able to find any better option than Cathy and her team. Very well organized & timely following up. I have gotten my large amount of mortgage in 30 days which was abandoned by large bank: and even better rate. Strongly recommending her for any situation that you have without reservation.

Cathy saved the day when another mortgage broker could not close the deal after providing a commitment. She was able to get me an approval same day and secure a loan commitment in less than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend her--she is a miracle worker and her entire team is awesome.

Thank you Cathy and team for a really good experience - starting from the pre-approval all the way to closing, you were always there for me and thanks to you we are now living in the house we needed.I have taken loans from big banks before, and it is day and night vs. the pleasant experience I had working with Cathy and the rest of the team.I will be a returning customer for sure!

I can't say enough positive things about how outstanding Cathy and her team were in the recent purchase of our home. Without their assistance, we would not have been able to close on our home.
