Dane was super helpful with working with novice cowboy boot wearers. Explained how to size the boots with jeans and gave very helpful advice for how they should fit! Would come back here again! Prices were very reasonable as well for quality product

Dane was the sweetest, most helpful sales associate. As someone who works in sales, I can appreciate amazing service. He was kind and informative on the selection of boots we were looking at. We ended up purchasing boots based on the fact he was such a breath of fresh air to work with! I hope he is considered for a raise, as he is an extreme asset to this Cavender's. He went the extra mile to ensure we found what we needed! As someone who has never shopped for boots and hats, he made the entire process fun and painless.

Had to go to Texas on business, decided I'd get a new pair of boots for the meeting & as always Cavender's didn't disappoint - great selection, so incredibly helpful. My always stop for Ariat Boots and shirts! Big Thanx!!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I brought some boots in that needed a repair but they weren't able to fix the boot. I was ready to go buy some new boots and call it a loss when they offered to exchange the boots for me. I was shocked. Stellar customer service and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

This is my first time in Texas and I made it a point to purchase a Cowboy Hat. I'm from Hawaii so I didn't know what to look for. Steve, grabbed a hat off the shelf and handed it to me and to my surprise, it fit like a glove and it looked good on my noggin. I mentioned that I also needed a sport coat and he grabbed one off the rack and to my surprise, it fit perfectly! Minus the length of the sleeves that needed to be hemmed. All in all, Steve was an awesome guy to talk to and so very helpful.

All around friendly staff and wide set of selection per your preference of boots. Lots of variety to choose from and if they don't have it in stock, they can order it for you on the website to ship to the store or to ship directly to you.

Always a good place with nice people to help . I had to special order some boots and they were delivered in the promised time frame. If you want people to assume you're from New Jersey on vacation down here and trying to fit in well you should go to the Boot Barn they got what you are looking for . Otherwise this is the place unless you just trying to look silly .

I went here to buy my wife Boots and Randy was so awesome I came out buying boots for my Wife and myself. Randy is a great worker and will take care of you.
