I bought a pair of their Ariat boots and wasn't satisfied with the way the boots felt because they hurt my feet. And looking at their receipt it says nothing on their return policy. So I went to the store to return them and hopefully get my money back and instead I was told that they can't take a return under any circumstances and all I could do was exchange them for the same pair. This store is horrible for not helping customers. I took my son to buy his first pair of boots and the service was horrible. The sales staff was horrible and rude and I can not believe I was treated so bad in front of my child. I went to another competitor and bought my son 3 pairs of boot. I will never shop there again. Called corporate office and spoke to person who is in charge and was rude himself. Never again!!!!
