Nice store, good selections- However asked for my daughters foot to be measured for boots and was told- oh we don't have the ability to do that, but I could tell her how the boots should feel! I know how a damn boot should feel, but if you're gonna sell shoes and boots, don't you think you oughta be able to measure a person's foot?
I needed a new hat and Cavender's came to mind. A local outlet of a national chain should have the best selection. I wasn't wrong, but they did have a shortage of sizes. You see, I have a massive dome. And they didn't have a hat that would fit. Thankfully their webstore did! I ordered it up and waited three days for it to arrive from Amarillo. Of course the shipping store did nothing to protect the hat from damage. Thankfully the shaper at Cavender's Colorado Springs saved the hat.
I've lived in Stetson Hills for many years and have never been into this store. Stopped in today to get a hat cleaned and was soooo impressed with the staff here. I wish I knew the girls name that helped me (long dark hair) she was soooo sweet helping me find the right sizes of what I was looking at. Everybody was super nice and the merchandise here was all super cute! 10/10 would recommend
Store is nice, has a lot of product and associates seem nice enough. If you're there for a cowboy hat make sure it's exactly what you want before you buy it and if you need to have it worked make sure it can be done. I found a hat that had a brown like I wanted only the crown was not what I wanted and the sides were tight. I was told the crown could be reshaped when it couldn't. Had a great first experience with picking out my boots. Lashawn helped us during the search and kept checking in with me and gave me some helpful tips! The ladies at the front counter was very helpful with the checkout process. I can in just shy of them closing for the night and they were a pleasure to work with. My daughter and I visited this store on Wednesday because she was interested in buying a western belt. She had first gone to Boot Barn and the attendant did not seem to care if she made a sale so she walked out and we went to Cavenders. The customer service at Cavenders however was excellent and she found the items she was looking for.
Top of the line Western wear! I'm a city slicker and still found this place to be great. The shoe section is incredibly impressive and well-kept. Maybe one of these days I'll spring for some awesome boots. They also have an adorable selection of kids/babies western inspired clothes.
Great customer service. Stretched my boots at no cost. Off to the Luke Bryan Concert!!! Thanks y'all!!!
