I bought a pair of pretty expensive boots here and the sales girl was super friendly while I was shopping. However, after getting home and trying them on with my outfits, I decided they were not exactly what I was looking for. When I went to return them, the staff was rude and the girl who sold the boots to me treated me like I had offended her tremendously. Bottom line, even though the selection here is great, I will not shop here again.
Disappointed with my purchase. I came in and needed a lot of help in selecting a cute and comfortable boot for dancing. I found a feminine pair that was really cute and they helped me with the fit saying that it will take time to break them in. Just an hour and a half dancing and massive blisters and pain. I brought them back to see what they could do. They flat out refused a return or exchange but offered to stretch them.
