THE best store in Colorado Springs for cowboy/cowgirl boots. Their selection is massive and the staff is friendly, knowledgable and willing to spend as much time with you as you try on pairs. The clothes do seem marked on the higher end but all name brands are sold in the store, again the selection is above par
Didn't have a lot of boots in 9.5. 4 people behind the register and only one working. Sassy employee smacking gum. Not my favorite place, but decent selection and returns are easy.
Blonde woman checking myself and a friend out on August 2nd at 12:45 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Talked with her friend the entire time rather than providing customer service. I've been coming to this cavenders location since I've been in Colorado Springs but today entirely hurt its outlook in my eyes. If I was a first time customer I would not return. Selection was pitiful, customer service was abysmal, and the prices/deals seemed completely off. Maybe it was an off day but it seemed out of it.

Worker literally came up and asked if we were doing okay 7 times in a 30 minute period.
Staff was not friendly or helpful, they appeared to be more concerned about socializing between themselves. No hello or goodbye on our entry into or leaving the store. I've shopped at other Cavender's Stores and that staff was fantastic and helpful, not at the Colorado Springs location.
I came in today between 4pm-4:30pm to get my Stetson shaped and I was told to head to the back to get helped by the worker in the back that shapes Stetsons. I see that she is helping someone already so I stand there waiting behind the gentleman and I was not told that I would be helped nor was I acknowledged. I walked around for a bit to waste time and I taken several minutes later to find that she was done shaping the gentleman's Stetson. Awful place. Selection is fine but the employees are like used car salesman on crack. You can't go more than 30 seconds in there without being harassed to buy something. Go to boot barn instead
Just walked in. I thought they were closed because there were no cars in parking lot. They were open. I walked in. Looked around at some clothes. Not one sales rep approached me and they were plenty in the store. Customer service is a dying art. So sad. I didn't bother buying anything. The lack of customer service made up my mind for me.
This review is for Cavenders online site. I placed an order on 12/8/18, received delivery on 12/14, however received the wrong item. Promptly contacted Cust Ser, provided the stock no on the item received as they requested and was told they would call me back. Did not receive a call as promised, so contacted them again on 12/17. Was told they had to track down who received my order, contact them and issue us both a shipping label so that we could exchange items.
