Had a great first experience with picking out my boots. Lashawn helped us during the search and kept checking in with me and gave me some helpful tips! The ladies at the front counter was very helpful with the checkout process. I can in just shy of them closing for the night and they were a pleasure to work with. My daughter and I visited this store on Wednesday because she was interested in buying a western belt. She had first gone to Boot Barn and the attendant did not seem to care if she made a sale so she walked out and we went to Cavenders. The customer service at Cavenders however was excellent and she found the items she was looking for.
Top of the line Western wear! I'm a city slicker and still found this place to be great. The shoe section is incredibly impressive and well-kept. Maybe one of these days I'll spring for some awesome boots. They also have an adorable selection of kids/babies western inspired clothes.

The exterior to me said steak house. Let me tell you it is not. It is however one helluva western store. Wide selection of wrangler jeans to choose from. Great carhart selections also. Last time i remember smelling this much leather is from within a Harley store. No motorcycles here but a great number of western boots, childrens clothes, womens, mens, shirts. Yes you can get all your pearl snap shirt needs here. I will be back. Most likely for clearance items. This store does get expensive.
Love to shop at this store. They have the best stuff. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. The staff is friendly and prices competative.
I must love Cavender's - I've been there three times in the last three weeks, in two different states while I was on travel!! I've bought boots, jeans, tops, and am thrilled with the quality of all of these. I sorely wish they would move further east and plant one of their stores in Maryland.... next to me.
Heck of a selection from when they first opened a couple years ago. They carry all the major western brands and even a few of the smaller ones, as well. I've been here a couple times now checking out the selection and haven't been disappointed. Better selection of clothes (cheaper too) than Big R and way better selection of boots than either Big R or Boot Barn. Plus their prices seem to be about 5% lower. I spent hours searching all over town, Boot Barn, Red Wings, both malls, trying to find a place that had the type of boot I was looking for. Cavender's was a blessing. The variety of boots is excellent. The staff friendly and knowledgable. The girl I worked with always willing to help, with a smile the whole time, while I expressed what I was looking for and tried a multitude of options.
