The exterior to me said steak house. Let me tell you it is not. It is however one helluva western store. Wide selection of wrangler jeans to choose from. Great carhart selections also. Last time i remember smelling this much leather is from within a Harley store. No motorcycles here but a great number of western boots, childrens clothes, womens, mens, shirts. Yes you can get all your pearl snap shirt needs here. I will be back. Most likely for clearance items. This store does get expensive.

Love to shop at this store. They have the best stuff. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. The staff is friendly and prices competative.

I must love Cavender's - I've been there three times in the last three weeks, in two different states while I was on travel!! I've bought boots, jeans, tops, and am thrilled with the quality of all of these. I sorely wish they would move further east and plant one of their stores in Maryland.... next to me.

Heck of a selection from when they first opened a couple years ago. They carry all the major western brands and even a few of the smaller ones, as well. I've been here a couple times now checking out the selection and haven't been disappointed. Better selection of clothes (cheaper too) than Big R and way better selection of boots than either Big R or Boot Barn. Plus their prices seem to be about 5% lower. I spent hours searching all over town, Boot Barn, Red Wings, both malls, trying to find a place that had the type of boot I was looking for. Cavender's was a blessing. The variety of boots is excellent. The staff friendly and knowledgable. The girl I worked with always willing to help, with a smile the whole time, while I expressed what I was looking for and tried a multitude of options. THE best store in Colorado Springs for cowboy/cowgirl boots. Their selection is massive and the staff is friendly, knowledgable and willing to spend as much time with you as you try on pairs. The clothes do seem marked on the higher end but all name brands are sold in the store, again the selection is above par

Didn't have a lot of boots in 9.5. 4 people behind the register and only one working. Sassy employee smacking gum. Not my favorite place, but decent selection and returns are easy.

Blonde woman checking myself and a friend out on August 2nd at 12:45 was extremely rude and unprofessional. Talked with her friend the entire time rather than providing customer service. I've been coming to this cavenders location since I've been in Colorado Springs but today entirely hurt its outlook in my eyes. If I was a first time customer I would not return. Selection was pitiful, customer service was abysmal, and the prices/deals seemed completely off. Maybe it was an off day but it seemed out of it.
