Green space and clean clean clean! Moving into this apartment was incredibly easy and convenient—I toured on Wednesday and was fully moved in by Saturday! Best apartment complex I've ever lived in! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and love this place! All of the staff - from property management to the maintenance team - have been super kind and quick to help us if anything has come up. Coming from previous complexes where the staff didn't care or communicate, it has been so refreshing to have a team full of great communicators and lovely people supporting us.

I feel nice and safe at Cedar Trace! my girlfriend and i moved in a couple of weeks ago and love it! we feel pretty safe here. so far i know there’s a police department and an urgent care really close! we toured with Will and he was very helpful with any questions we had before choosing the place. maintenance has also been very timely and helpful and explained what the issue was. everything has been wonderful and highly recommend living here!

Love Cedar Trace Apartments! Cedar Trace is an excellent place to stay. It's in a great and safe area (right near the police department), they are timely with their maintenance issues, and have been very patient and communicate well if it ever comes down to issues regarding rent or utilities. Great people!

Great place to Live I moved in 9 months ago and recently renewed for another lease. The office staff is friendly and professional. The initial move in was smooth and easy. The renewal was a breeze as well. Despite many residents having pets, I rarely hear any noise and the area around my building is clean and well kept. Noise is rarely an issue, and during the winter so far, I have seen staff laying down salt on the walkways and maintaining the area. My Wife and I Love The Place We moved towards the end of 2024. It’s a huge improvement on from where we moved. Night and day different, mainly with the management. It’s been a huge relief to know that we’ll be taken care of at Cedar Trace.

I would def recommend this apt ! *This a real review* We have been here over a year now and I honestly can’t complain. I’ve been allowed to paint as long as we paint it back or pay someone to do it. The women in the office are very nice and cool. If you have an issue, they always answer the phone and take care of it ASAP. The maintenance men are awesome and always show up quick to fix whatever your problem is. Nice quiet neighborhood. No trash laying around. They keep the grass cut. Loved their apartment Nice place to live and good apartments. TIll now I had just 2 issues and it was resolved ASAP. Friendly staff and they help with all paperwork. No rent issues for me. So far so good.
