I'm living here with family since 2009. Nice location, near to mall, freeway, parks and schools. Very near to Chase and there is discount as well. Maintenance is prompt. They take good care of the complex. My washer died. Got a new washer-drier from Sears. No other additional monthly charges. It would have been nice to have a gym onsite but they provide free membership. Clubhouse is available...
We've lived in Cedar Trace Apartments for 4 years now. We have nothing but good to say about the complex. Minor fixes were needed to our apartment over the years, but the staff always gets everything fixed and taken care of within the same day. Friendly and Excellent staff!
I've lived in ohio for 5 years and moved 3 times, but I have really enjoyed living at Cedar Trace and don't think I'll need to move again.
I am just coming to the end of my lease and I have to say it has been a good experience. I live in Slate Hill, which is part of Cedar Trace and I have had 0 complaints. Very rarely hear my neighbors. Windows dont let off to much of a draft. Avg electric bill is about $100-120 a month and thats keeping it at 65-68 in the summer and 72 in winter. Never without a parking spot and havent seen any...
Cedar Trace Apartments is very quiet. I have lived here over a year and its a comfortable atmosphere. Maintenance man is prompt. Community is very clean and the pool is never crowded. I will be renewing my lease for sure.
The day we reached here we got a awesome feeling about this apartment. To start a new life at another country is as it is a difficult one but this apartment helped us to start our life in ease. I utmost thanks to the management for this. We had small problems when we entered to the house but within few hours everything was resolved. I have been living at this complex for almost a year now and I can honestly say that I've been pleasantly surprised by how much I have enjoyed living here. I was originally a little worried because of how affordable it was in comparison to the other apartments in the area, but after living here I can't see myself spending the extra $200 a month to live anywhere else in the area.
I just renewed my lease for the third year. The rent increase was reasonable. The office staff has always been kind. I have had no major problems in my apartment. I am confused by the negative comments.
