This is a nice place to live. Its near to Polaris mall, Chase office and 270/71. Good management and reasonable rent. Maintenance is very good. Plenty of parking with covered garage. Washer-drier included and we pay a fixed amount for water. The area is safe and neighbors are good.
I have been at Cedar Trace apartments for almost 6yrs and i am very happy here. They offer great move in specials and the staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance is prompt. I totally recommend this community to everyone.
I have lived here for 2 years and it's a safe, pet and family friendly complex. It's hard to find apartments that allow pets for no additional fees. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Minimal maintenance issues and all were promptly fixed. My only gripe is drafty windows.
Great place to live, friendly staff, maintenance guys are good when there not grumpy. Nice appliances. Just up the road from everything at Polaris. Two bedroom apartments are nice, bigger bedroom is huge, the only knock is the walk in closet is as big as the second bedroom. Great for a couple or a couple with a young kid, not so much for 3 college kids splitting rent.
My time at Cedar Trace has been a fantastic experience. It is a great location with a very helpful and friendly staff. From answering questions or having something fixed in the apartment, they made life easy by taking care of my needs as a tenant. I appreciate the staff and how well maintained the property is. The monthly costs are very managable as well.
Moved to cedar trace 4 months before.Its very nice place to stay with free washer , dryer,swimming pool and the list is going on.Maintainence staff is too good and giving service very quickly.No hidden cost while moving out like other apartments (as per my friends who moved from here due to job change).

I feel not only at HOME here but I worry so little about not being there when I'm not home.... the staff here is always courteous and professional. the property stays clean and very well maintained...
