Cedar Trace is a great place to live. Their prices are very reasonable and the location is excellent. There is also a positive staff that works for the complex and are always willing to do whatever they can to help. Very close to 71, Polaris Mall, and 23. Just signed a new long term lease and couldnt be happier. Tom
I love being here! It's a nice quiet area, and yet all the conveniences are close. Everyone from Cedar Trace, maitenance, office girls and everyone else id great to work with!! Highly recommend it!!

Recently moved here 6 weeks ago. During this short period of time I have found everything to be satisfactory. Staff has been very cooperative and returns a call promptly. I've lived here for a while now, and I like it. The one bedroom apartment is not very big, but it's enough for one person. The selling point for these apartments is their location. You're really close to Polaris mall and the surrounding stores, etc. You are also very close to 270, both 71 and 315, so that's convenient. I have been living in this apartment from past 4 months, maintenance is good, even if we have any problem regarding maintenance, maintenance people will come and solve in a day, good view from the bed room window, space between apartment buildings is good.
I have lived at Cedar Trace for over 10 years and have not had any significant problems. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Any maintenance has been completed within a reasonable amount of time, usually the same day. Would recommend the complex to all.
