I love my CellGate system, I only wish there was a way that I could retrieve my photos and get live videos of people using my gate opener.

Great customer service. Have contacted you twice and issue was satisfactorily resolved. The installer set the camera too low but that is not your fault.

This company is TERRIBLE! For starters, their mobile app is a joke, you can read the hundreds of negative reviews about that on the app store. Their web interface is equally terrible, it automatically logs you out every time after 2 minutes of logging in. However, the worst part is what I've recently experienced. My gate suddenly was stuck propped open, I had no idea why, I attempted to troubleshoot on my own but could not resolve the issue.
