Refused to cover system under warranty. There were no power surges or lightning in the area at time of failure. System has had intermittent issue opening and closing.

Bad product. I am a contractor who has built over 12,000 homes .and developments.. Poor service on products they say built U.S.A Parts made in China assembled in America. We are professional in our field and refuse to use this product . Denny Hastings

Purchased the Cell Gate Watcman EVO 450 in August 2019. Unit never worked properly and calls and request for help were challenging at best (left on hold for very long periods of time and most voice messages never returned). In summer of 2021 unit stopped working completely; sent to Dallas as requested and box was returned two months later with note saying the unit can not be fixed and would need to be replaced at my expense. The app is cranky, it must sign out and sign back in at least once a week.

Perhaps I just got a faulty unit but my CellGate system has been terribly unreliable. And I am confident it was not the installer as they seemed quite capable. I am having the entire system replaced. It’s a piece of junk.

I have two gates but am not able to use both apps at the same time. We are having to use the telephones number notifications which defeats the purpose of having the cameras

Upon speaking with our customer service manager I have found that the two devices were activated separately which is why you had to use two logins. We have gone ahead and merged the accounts into 1 account under the same login.
