Daylon and the finance department made it easy and stress free for me to get a new vehicle. They even checked the total amount due on my vehicle to make sure I’m getting a fair price.
Everything went really well. The only issue I have is I was never notified of my replacement radio arriving. I had to call after about a month to find out if my radio was ever ordered. I had to call about 3-4 times kept getting transferred, until finally I was told my radio was in the shop and needed to call and schedule my appointment to replace the old radio. Everyone was very friendly and on point. No one walked by without asking how i was doing and if i need help. They were quick, didn’t do a ton of unnecessary back and forth… just awesome!
