This is our second Sportage from Kia of Plano! We had positive experiences both times. The service department has been very helpful, too. We also appreciated hearing from corporate on occasion. I have purchased 3 Kia vehicles and taken them to Central Kia Plano to have the routine scheduled maintenance completed. The Service team is the only reason I continue to purchase Kia products.
