The buying process was clear from the beginning, and our sales associate (Jacob) was honest and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.
Other than a little lag in financing time( came in during a normal slow time and were busy) the best car buying experience i have ever had. My sales guy Jacob was great. Managnt worked well with me and just a positive experience all around
Very pleasant experience. Sales rep Jose Marquez was great. Jose was very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me updated through the process of waiting for mfg and delivery of my new Telluride. However, due to popularity of the Telluride, they add a surcharge above msrp.
Eduardo was my service provider. I went in for an oil change & was concerned about a noise my car had made. He explained a few things that could have caused it but said they would check and give me an update. He told me they didn’t find any additional problems. After it was finished my car is running better and I’m much more comfortable taking it on longer drives.
Very laid back n very friendly. Daylon was awesome n knew exactly what I wanted n needed. The place was very warm n welcoming.
At Central Kia in Plano Paul is the best advisor I have ever used! He is very friendly and listens to your needs and tries to get you out in a timely manner.
