I really appreciate Salesman Edgar's knowledge base of the vehicle and availability to be present as soon as we were ready to test drive and purchase the Kia Carnival. While this is my first Kia, I have purchased many brand new vehicles over the years and I found this dealership experience to be (how we would all like it to be) strait forward without the tricks! I was in and out in under an hour and I appreciate the finance team letting me use a loan from my credit union vs in house financing.
All the staff was very respectful, friendly and answered all my questions, they gave me exceptional customer service. I am very happy with my new car.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Michael Hunt my sales rep was the best I have ever worked with. His follow up skills through this process were second to none. The first time I met Michael was the day the my brand new car arrived as I ordered it brand new from Michael. The lead time Michael gave was spot on and the car arrived earlier then we expected.
