I chose Dr. Smith based on the wonderful reviews of others. I can tell you that this will be an excellent experience. Dr. Smith is so nice and his method is so far advanced compared to what I experienced in the past with a different endodontist. It was a pleasure...easier that a filling for me.

Staff were friendly, scheduling was easy, appointments were on time, Dr. Arens and staff let me know what to expect, the root canal seemed to be a success, and I appreciated Dr. Arens’ follow up call the next day. No complaints.

My procedure was painless and very quick. The day after my procedure, I received a follow up call from Dr. Smith regarding my status, something that is unheard of in this day and time. Central Ohio Endodontics is an example of business that puts people first.
This was an amazing and easy experience for a root canal. Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Smith explained everything as he was working. No surprises. No pain. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still ok. Highly recommended!

I had a very good experience at this office when I had my root canal. Dr. Menke is awesome and I am very grateful that he took my pain away! His assistant was extremely nice! I was nervous before the procedure and she helped calm my nerves!
