This place seems extremely disorganized and like all they're trying to do is sell their services. We've had about 3 different case managers in 2 months and no one can ever tell me whose doing what to help us, even the BCBA I met with yesterday said she has no idea who is in charge of our case. When the BCBA came over for the evaluation she first was late, then came in and didn't shake our hands or show us credentials.
