I think they need better communication between office and bcba and the tech but centria is great for providing a amazing outings for the kids

ratings get deleted to make it rated higher. really need to check staff better. I'm often at the library so I see many staff and only have seen 2 do any good. most text and ignore the kid... one just today made fun of the boy she's with which is why I came back to the page. terrible smh
Stop lying to clients about losing services if they don't maintain 85% utilization. CSM's should find out exactly what the utilization requirement are for each individual insurance provider. I know that Tricare clients DO NOT run the risk of losing services due to low utilization but are being told otherwise by BCBAs. Also pushing 15% supervision is robbery when the requirement is 10%. How many times does a company let their employees no call/no show to appointments? Absolutely no background training, they like to just hire folks and send them out! I don't just trust ANYONE with my ASD kiddo, especially someone who has no training or education. I could keep going but this is one reason why I took my daughter out of there.
The absolute worst place to work!! Payroll is a total mess and staff is left completely without support. My last two paychecks have been half what they should be and this marks the third time nobody is answering the phone at payroll. I am applying for other jobs until I get my money.
