Centria has caused nothing but horrible memories. First of all they switched the techs on us TWICE without letting us know. Then the 3rd tech Rachel, the snobby one that walks like she has a stick up her butt lied to the company and told them some things that caused my son not to receive services anymore. i do not recommend this company. rachel is very disrespectful and shes not only snobby she is a lying weedhead that smokes weed with her managers at Centria. (so she told me anyway) STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BOUGIE COMPANY IF... read more

After fighting for well over a year to obtain services for my son and being passed from intake person to intake person because they are “no longer with the company” (four people to be exact) we finally started services about a month ago. The tech gave up on my son after THREE days. Yes, three freaking days! You cannot develop a relationship in three days. My sons autism is high functioning with little to no behavior. She came right out and said we needed to look for someone else, with no reasoning. How can you just give up w... read more

Has anyone else worked with karlyn as their case manager? so far not to thrilled on the level of communication. she said I could get a hold of her whenever and have had no luck getting a hold of her the last few days... Starting to feel uneasy about my son receiving services here. so far would not recommend.

Business response:

Hi Brittany, sorry to hear that. May I send you a private message to learn more so that we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible?

My kids were with the same tech for 3yrs. Best in the world. However, they were constantly changing BCBAs, and changing who we talk to in the main office. We ended services due to our son starting kindergarten. Didn't want to, but we couldn't have our favorite tech due to her schedule. If we couldn't have her, we were done. Which was fine. It was our choice. Many autism parents know that once a child forms a bond with someone it's difficult to start with someone new. We didn't want him to bounce around with techs while they ... read more

My son has had services for about a year. They have stopped and started services for various reasons. The latest was one of their bcba’s left my house and claimed to have A flea on her. I talked to my tech (there everyday) who said he had seen 2 to 3 in four weeks of being on our case. (FYI we have a large dog). We let him know we have taken measures and he said he had no issues. The second visit in a month the bcba left our house by way of the back door (stopping to pet our dog) and filed another complaint. This has caused ... read more

I’m so glad my family got a way from them when we did. I have two children with autism. There is only one BCBA on the case. The BCBA was constantly mixing up which kid needed what. Always was confusing the techs. The techs would constantly call in on Friday’s saying they were sick. The BCBA only showed up when she wanted to. I found out from my social worker that I was getting billed even when BCBA or tech didn’t show. My kids benefited nothing from this company. Medicaid Fraud!!! Stay away! Unprofessional unorganized. No on... read more
