We have a phenomenal team all around - CSM, Behavior Tech & BCBA. We've had in-home ABA for over a year now and the progress my son has made is amazing and wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Just like with anything else some personalities aren't going to mesh but when they do that's when the magic happens. We are fortunate to have found that fit quickly.
My daughter is in the process of getting in home ABA our intake specialist Mario has went above and beyond making sure this process goes smoothly and quickly so our services can start.
I'm in Northern California. My CSM is aweaome! He is always available for any concerns I have. My New BCBA is great she has been a big help. My behavior we love her she truly cares for my son. We did have a issue when our first BCBA moved. We got another who was horrible. But my CSM found us our new BCBA and made it right. I do agree the techs are a little young and have very little experience. But we got luck with ours. So far I am very satisfied with Centria
I have had a wonderful experience working with Centria. It is a fantastic company to work with. As a behavior therapist, I receive an abundance of support from my BcBA and my Csm. They are a phone call away. The staff in payroll and human services are also supportive. Centria also gives training in areas like Qbs.A training that is much needed in the field.
