I was looking to lease an Infiniti and had a very tight budget to work around. I spent a couple weeks emailing every Infiniti dealer within 50 miles, and Rachelle Schroeder at Cerritos Infiniti was by far and away the most responsive with the best offers. Rachelle made sure that I understood all the details involved and went the extra step to make sure I was happy. The dealership really was " no pressure". The sales people show respect and give you time to browse on your own but are right there when you have a question. Not only did we purchase an amazing car, the M37, but we actually had a good time doing it! Visit Joe Hill at Cerritos Infiniti, he'll treat you right.
Great experience. Joe is a great salesman, he has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and work with me to make it happen. He answered all of my questions and quickly handled any concerns I had. Eric the finance guy worked with me to help get me a payment I feel good about. And the sales manager John was extremely friendly and made sure everything finished smoothly. Overall great experience. If any of my friends or family are looking for a car I will definately send then to Joe.
I recently bought an 07 M from Carmax. John Yarber @ Cerritos Infiniti treats me as though I bought the vehicl new from thiem. I've been in for service/maitenance several times and I'm always thrilled with the service and work. I even bought new tires and their price beat all the so called discount tire outlets. John is the best service person I've ever worked with. I wish I'd have gotten an Infiniti earlier in life as the car is phenomenal as is the level of service I ALWAYS receive at Cerritos. Leased a 2011 G37 from Cerritos Infiniti on March 12 2011. Worked with Karim Tejani and David Baker from the Internet Department. Both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and got me a great deal on the lease. Since I am a Las Vegas resident I had to make sure I found the right price before booking a flight to California to get the car. I found my daughter's dream car online at Cerritos of Infiniti. What we did not know is that the experience of her buying her first car would match the dream! We had not yet decided to purchase the car, but when we drove up, there it sat in the Red Carpet Delivery area! My first experience with Cerritos Infiniti was November '09 when I purchased a pre-owned M35. The salesman could not have been better and at no point did I feel pressured to buy or "wheeled and dealed". I dealt with 1 educated person who was mellow which fit my personality.
