Leased a 2011 G37 from Cerritos Infiniti on March 12 2011. Worked with Karim Tejani and David Baker from the Internet Department. Both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and got me a great deal on the lease. Since I am a Las Vegas resident I had to make sure I found the right price before booking a flight to California to get the car. I found my daughter's dream car online at Cerritos of Infiniti. What we did not know is that the experience of her buying her first car would match the dream! We had not yet decided to purchase the car, but when we drove up, there it sat in the Red Carpet Delivery area! My first experience with Cerritos Infiniti was November '09 when I purchased a pre-owned M35. The salesman could not have been better and at no point did I feel pressured to buy or "wheeled and dealed". I dealt with 1 educated person who was mellow which fit my personality. My wife and i recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. The Sales Rep. Sergio Duran was very honest and up front with us. This was no easy process for us being first time buyers. but at the end of it all. We walked away......I mean drove away with the car of our dreams for a great price and $$$$$ saved. If your looking for honest people with good qaulity customer service. Then Cerritos Infiniti should be your first on your dealership list.
I went in because my girlfriend wanted to test drive a G35. We weren't ready to buy that day but it's her dream car and she was saving up money for it. The salesman greeted us and accepted our request for a test drive without any bogus excuses to avoid helping us. We were pleased with our experience and will give them the opportunity to earn our business when we are ready to buy.
Could not get the oil and f I lter c j ange right. Push for unneeded work. Managers are non responsive. Bad business.

VERY expensive service. Always comes to dealer for service and there is ALWAYS more service needed than expected.

I live 3 miles from Infiniti in Torrance.South Bay Infiniti was outstanding but when they sold out I went there once and didn’t even let them work on my car. Been going to Cerritos every since and love it!!

NEVER AGAIN !!! They told me my down payment was to pay for my License, Fees and Registration, when I received my Registration It is due in a few months. Disappointing I have to pay in the same year, Even more disappointing i cant get any help from them. nor can I give the car back! I received THREE differnt stories from them as to WHY I had to pay for my renewal within a few months from purchasing a vehicle. I will never purchase or recommend this place ever! The LIES they tell.

Hello, the reason you had to pay for license fees is because when you purchased the car the plates were still current and you were able to use that registration for free until the plates were to be renewed.
