I recently came here to purchase a new car, and was very pleased with the level of customer service as soon as I stepped on the lot. Chris and John were extremely helpful in letting me know my various options given my price range, and they were able to put me in the car of my dreams and gave me a deal I was very happy with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade your ride to an Infiniti.

I recently bought a 2012 G37 Journey from Cerritos Infiniti, and am over-the-moon in love with my new car. I was a bit intimidated to begin the test-driving and negotiating process, but I didn't have to be: Ed Foutch made the experience a quite pleasant one. He seems like an old-school gentleman, and was always respectful, helpful and supportive. I visit the store looking for a used g35 and ricardo start helping us in spanish and we like his aproach and he help us a lot even when we need to pick the downpayment in our house, overall good experience and the g35 rides great.

I had a great experience when I visited the Infiniti dealer in Cerritos. I met the lease manager, Andre Chico, and the rest was history. Andre's customer service skill, experience, and knowledge of the Dealer's entire fleet helped making my decision to buy a car a lot easier. I have been taking my G35s 6MT to Infiniti Cerritos for 9 months now, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. As someone who drives in excess of 50k miles per year, I rely heavily on my car for my livelyhood, and entertainment. Last Friday, during the rainstorm, I quickly realized could no longer safely travel on my worm rear tires. I can say my experience at Cerritos Infiniti was the best of all dealerships I visited in the past. The amount of time I spent there deciding which "G" I wanted, you would have thought I was moving in. Sales Consultant Michael Stafford was the "BEST", he made my car buying experience memorable.
