Purchasing a new home can be daunting. We heard about James from someone who used him for their home loan. We received preliminary loan progress the same day. He kept us in the loop the entire loan process and we signed all loan paperwork online. We would definitely use James Ollis again.

James helped my husband and me refinance the mortgage on our home, but my husband handled it all with James. When I became widowed and purchased a new home I had no clue what to do and James took care of EVERYTHING!!!! I really don’t know how I would have gotten through it without him. Our lender was exceptional, he was extremely knowledgeable, very, very accommodating and anxious to he helpful and hospitable. We spoke with James off of a Zillow recommendation early on our process, but ended up going with a local lender that was suggested by our agent. James stayed in touch throughout the process, and was extremely transparent, knowledgeable and professional. When it came within a few weeks of our closing, our other lender bungled almost everything you can bungle (filed wrong information, forgot to sign paperwork, etc). I would recommend James to anybody who wants to get deals done quickly and easily. He has your best interests in mind, presents information clearly and respectfully, and turns things around in record time. Definitely consider reaching out to him if you're in the market for a mortgage.
