James was very knowledgeable and worked with me while I was overseas, even when our time zones didn't line up! Despite Covid uncertainties we were able to knock everything out for me to sign for the house within just a few days of arriving back to the states! I would highly reccomend james and will be using him for future lending needs as well.

James was very helpful in providing loan estimates while shopping for a potential new lender. He offered his services without pressure. I officially ditched my builder’s lender and went straight to James. He made the entire process smooth. Being a first time home buyer, I was worried about so many things.
