I was dealing with a terrible lender who was stringing me along for months, barely replying, taking forever every step of the way.. got with James and he got me a loan commitment by the end of the day!! James was a great person to work with. As first time home buyers we weren't aware all the ins and outs of the home buying process. James explained everything to us thoroughly, followed up promptly, and kept us informed throughout the whole time period. He was a pleasure to work with and takes pride in what he does.
