Jarad is very professional and easy to get in touch with. His team is very quick and responsive. My closing was very quick, but I was never concerned about their ability to get it done on time. He was also able to offer a much lower rate than my bank!

Excellent experience with Jarad; felt he went above and beyond. The overall usability of the Certainty Online Portal was good, but some competitor interfaces were better. While the excellent interest rate, zero origination fees, and lender credits initially won me over, the ease of getting in contact with Jarad throughout the process kept me happy and feeling like a valued customer, not just another number. Jarad was extremely helpful and very easy to get in contact with. Always answered our questions in a timely manner and we would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgeable on VA loans. Closing costs were the lowest of any of the 3+ lenders we looked at.
