This was my and my husband's first home buying experience. Jarad Brown answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the loan process which we appreciated very much! Jarad was fantastic to work with. He made the loan process easy and was always responsive to questions or concerns. He even answered questions on a weekend which totally surprised us. I highly recommend Jarad and could not be more pleased. He got us a great rate and there were no surprises at closing. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process to make sure things ran smoothly.

Jarad helped us purchase our dream home in Savannah, GA. We were new to the area and he was extremely knowledgeable about the areas of town we were looking in and was able to direct us to the areas that most suited our needs. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had and he made the loan process extremely easy. He walked us through the process, worked up multiple worksheets for us for different houses and was able to help us make quick decisions on whether or not a home was for us.
