Rhonda Faulk made the home buying process so easy. Everyone on her team was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend them. The Certainty app made everything so convenient to upload all the required documents for the loan approval.

Rhonda was our first mortgage broker and hands down the best we have ever worked with. We recently reached out to her for advice concerning refinancing after we moved out of the area, and not only did she recommend not refinancing due to our personal circumstances, she gave expert advice even though we're now outside the state. Great, they answered every question I had. Called multiple times in a day and answered everything. Made all of my emails and and calls easy. Worked well with my busy schedule and made signing very easy. Other then that they were awesome!!!
