What more is there to say? They had the lowest rates I could find, and made the process as pain free as I think could be expected for a first time home buyer. Very communicative and quickly addressed any questions and concerns that I had.

There are not enough kind words to say about Rhonda Faulk and her team. They walked us step by step through the home loan process with so much ease. Rhonda is an expert. She answered every question we asked (and we asked ALOT of questions). Even though we have bought several homes in our life, Rhonda explained the process superbly. Wow! Rhonda and her team were amazing to work with with. As a first time home buyer, the entire process was foreign and new to me. They kept me updated every step of the way. If I had a question about anything, I could call in and they were happy to explain everything to me. I got very lucky to have such an amazing team! I highly recommend!

Rhonda and Sarah made the whole process easy. Most things can be done online and documents can be scanned and emailed. Whenever there was a question, most answers came within an hour. There never was a moment that I thought I wouldn't get a reply in a timely manner. Both ladies were kind and willing to help explain anything that wasn't clear.
