Great, they answered every question I had. Called multiple times in a day and answered everything. Made all of my emails and and calls easy. Worked well with my busy schedule and made signing very easy. Other then that they were awesome!!!

I have worked with Certainty in Niceville Florida on six loans and refis in the past four years. Rhonda is incredible at her profession. I could work with any other bank or company in the world, and the bottom line is that no one gets better rates and manages the process better than these guys!! Rhonda Faulk leads a team that delivers! On two occasions her team help close on two homes. My first time buyer daughter and son-in-law bought their first home with their team and it was flawless! After, we refinanced our VA loan with them which was such a blessing locking us in at a very low interest rate! We save $200 a month in our payment.
