As a first-time homebuyer, getting a mortgage could have been a complete disaster. Fortunately, Tyler was professional, efficient, and provided information that was INVALUABLE to getting approved for a mortgage and below-expected interest rate. Tyler also headed off problems before they occurred AND found and employee credit I was not aware existed. I would unreservedly recommend Tyler and plan on using his services again for the next property purchase!

Outstanding service. Walked through a home at 5pm one evening, decided we wanted it, contacted Tyler around 7pm or so, and he had me prequalified within an hour. Working after hours on a Friday night shows dedication. As a first time buyer, I was nervous about the whole experience, but Tyler will walk you through all the steps and make it a breeze. He will keeps you up to date on each step of the process and will answer any questions you have. I could not have asked for any better.
