CET technician who was troubleshooting couple of non-working circuits and outlets in the house we recently bought. Technician was punctual and called me 30 min before of his arrival. He was courteous, polite and very experienced. He completed his work fast and effective - all the wiring problems were resolved. I am planning to have CET installing reassessed lighting in my kitchen. Very nice experience!
Another contractor cleaned our ducts in the morning, and their equipment caused an apparent circuit overload. However, the contractor reported that he reset the breaker switch, but the power still did not turn back on. Hearing that, I was concerned about a larger problem, so I contacted CET. CET sent Dale out that afternoon to investigate the problem. He checked the flow throughout the circuit breaker board, and located the tripped switch. This was an Angies's list for two hours of electrical service work. We wanted to accomplish two things: Get an estimate for running a 50 amp plug and; determine why a stair light was going on and off. Number two was fixed in about five minutes. The verbal estimate however was given between $300 and $1000. Not much help here. The electrician was very friendly and came right on time. Everything was great. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and did an excellent job.
Contacted home office via e-mail to request installation of the units. The smoke detectors were ordered and a date for installation was chosen. Technician was one I had used in prior work performed and he did another excellent job of installing the units and testing the work to make sure the units performed as desired. Another great job accomplished by CET. This was my third time using CET. I am very pleased with the work and professionalism of the technician staff and customer service personnel.
Called before coming, was very conscientious. Worked all the time he was here. Very efficient and was done before noon.
