Terrifically
Very hard to get on the phone. Not willing to accomodate our schedule at all.
They showed me how to work and set the control panel by remote control.
GREAT. SHOWED ON TIME AND WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL
Work was installed cleanly, quickly, and through existing access holes.
The technician did an excellent job. No complaints. I would definitely use them again.
Overall the service performed was very good for the price. The tech showed up on time and communicated what he was going to do. He was competent and I appreciated that he made minor repairs outside of the inspection at no additional charge. The inspecition revealed some minor work and a major hazzard with the electrical panel that needs to be replaced and I will likely use this same company to perform the work.
The service is very professional but lacking in obtaining customer information. there policy is to carry just a 12 foot ladder. Anything higher is a 2 man job and requires them to rent a tall ladder. If that is the case, those questions should be clarified by the provider of service as so many homes that are 15- 20 years old have the vaulted ceilings in Great rooms.
