Great work at a great price as part of a "Big Deal". Installing the electrical line in the ceiling was more challenging than anticipated, but the price remained as promised.

Phil arrived on time and we went over the items I needed doing. He then set to doing them. He cleaned up the mess before he left. He was very nice.
Very professional, however the pendant accidentally was broken during the repair. He felt badly about it, and they paid for the replacement (which i took in the form of a credit for future work), and he returned to install it on a weekend so it was working in time for a party. This is just one of those things, and they handled it very professionally. I will continue to use this company with confidence.
The technician was patient and answered all my questions. The work was done quickly.
