Certified Electrical Technologies has done things like replacing an electrical panel, installing new lighting fixtures, and replacing a dimmer switch. The techs arrive on time and work efficiently. They also politely listen to my questions and help me figure things out. They have given me good suggestions and advice. I really rely upon CET.

I had the strangest outage at my home. Half my house was out and the other half was fine. No flipped breakers. No tripped GFIs. I spoke with Desiree and she was amazingly helpful. With my kitchen and well pump out of commission, she worked with me to get the earliest possible appointment. On top of that she presented my problem to an electrician there. I called Certified Electrical Technologies when half of my lights suddenly went out and the remaining lights were dim. None of my major appliances or my heat pump worked. Flipping breaker switches didn't solve the problem. Gary Epstein very helpfully told me that I had probably "lost a phase" and that I needed to call the power company. His diagnosis was correct and I was impressed with his honesty. I will call this company in the future when I need an electrician.
