They were really good. We found this provider on one of Angie's List $75 special deals. They came when they said they would and made it very easy to get an appointment. This company did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Everything went great. I will use them again in the future.

Very very well. The owners (we had them come out twice, and one owner came the first time, the other owner the second time). They are extrememly pleasant and polite, offered to do any other small work that might be needed even if not previously discussed, came out within a few days of being called and arrived exactly on time. It is very difficult to get trades, especially electricians, to come out for small jobs - but Certified did so happily, they didn't make us feel like they were doing us a favor. Great. I can't remember the name of the service man who installed the fan but he was very professional, knowledgeable, quick. Very courteous and neat, made sure to cover the furniture underneath the spot of installation. He advised us that our attic fan was broken (we knew this) and we will have Certified Electricians do this job next month.

Dustin, my technician, was knowledgeable, professional and had a wonderful disposition. He arrived on time and called to say he was on his way. He was neat and picked up after himself. Would I use this company again? Absolutely. In fact, I have a second appointment scheduled already. A+ all around.

The entire process, from setting up an appointment to the follow up after the installation, was great!! The electrician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He got right to work and did an excellent job. Furthermore, I received a follow up call from the office to check on everything. Quite a timely follow up since a balancing problem with one of the fans had started the day before. The electrician came right back out and fixed it perfectly. I phoned CES to inquire as to rates for work to be performed in my home and received a prompt return call from Gary the same day. Gary gave a good ball-park estiamte for the work that we ultimately had done. We proceded to hire CES to i) install an electrical outlet in our garage ceiling for new garage door openers, ii) install GFI's in the garage and iii) perform a 10 point safety inspection (used free coupon on company's web-site). Took advantage of an Angie's Big Deal coupon for $75 ceiling fan installation. The scheduling was fast and efficient even though they were swamped with calls to schedule. The technician came to my home and installed 2 new ceiling fans in main area and master bedroom. Home was already prewired for ceiling fans. He was very good. Took about 2 hours to complete.

The electrician was highly professional, in terms of both work and interaction. I was pleased enough to get quotations for further work. Overall it was a great experience, and a great recommendation by Angie's List.
