I actually thought I could combine the analysis with an actual project that I needed ... installation of a garage door opener, but I was told that this was not a service that the firm provided. Disappointed that I couldn't kill two birds with one stone, but that was not Certified Electrrical Technologies fault.
They did a very good job, prompt and efficient. I can’t tell whether I worked or not we loose power but for now I am satisfied.
Technician arrived early for appointment and completed inspection quickly and professionally. Provided advice on items to be repaired or replaced and left complete written report. Based on this initial limited contact, I would certainly consider using the company for future services.
Arrived on time.Minimized damage as much as possible. I originally paid a fair price but was emailed later that I had been accidently overcharged. FInal price was less than I was quoted. Excellent job!
Service was performed as requested. They were responsive to timing of service, provided updated information about arrival time on day of service, and performed the work to our satisfaction.
Excellent job. Cost was actually slightly less than the quote (that we got over the phone). They were prompt, called ahead, arrived and did an excellent job. Very professional. This is our second experience with them and we recommend them highly.
The main office sent me an email immediately after I bought the Angie's List deal, scheduled as soon as I was able to confirm a date, and confirmed with me the day before. The technician was prompt and very efficient with everything he did. I was incredibly pleased with CET and plan on having them take care of any future electrical needs.
I called to have 3 dead outlets in the kitchen fixed. The gentleman on the phone asked me to try something before sending service. He made me look for a reset button on one of the outlets, and when I pushed it, all 3 dead outlets came back to life. We just saved $125. Terrific!!!!! We will definitely call again in the future when we have electrical problems.
Danny arrived just when he said he would (early for our appointment time) and got right to work after I showed him everything we wanted done. He was efficient, and professional and was very careful to cover my kids beds' so that they wouldn't get dusty. It was a great experience and the price was more than fair for Danny's great work. I was also able to use the Angie's List coupon, which made it even more of a deal! I already have plans to use this company again. Great experience!
