The price was supposed to have been $175, but I ended up spending $250. They put a whole house surge protector in. I disliked that they set up an appointment for Friday and they called me Friday before and said they were heading to my house and I had to be there within half an hour. They had the dates wrong. They also up charged me for putting the surge protector in. If they had said during the deal whether it's the circuit breaker that was at fault as the circuit was not falling. Carl ( I think that was his name) arrived within 15 minutes of his phone call. He was knowledgeable and efficient. he was in and out in approximately 25 minutes.

Certified Electric provided amazing customer service. The phone was always answered immediately when I called and a postcard was sent to my home to remind me of my scheduled service date. Alan was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I have more projects that need to be finished around the house and have already set up another appointment. I would highly recommend this company.

I think the job was more difficult than the electrician anticipated because of the instability of the outlet box, and I got the impression he was under time pressure towards the end, but the job was done to my satisfaction.

I called and gave a description-fixing a problem with my landscaping lights and fixing a light switch. Danny came by and spent an hour-using my switches, communicating well with me and allowing me to watch. He reviewed the connections and fixed the problem. Thorough, professional, easy to talk to....I had no issue with giving my credit card over the phone before the appt. I think it is a good thing to do....easily dealt with if there is an issue-just contact VISA.

From the first person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to the technician who was polite, professional and knowledgeable, this was the best experience I've ever had with an electrical company. I will most definitely use them again.

It was probably one of the better expereinces we've had with such service providers. They were on time, in fact called to see if they could come earlier which worked well for us. They completed the assessment within a reasonable amount of time. They made two suggestions for upgrades so that we can come into code regulations, one they said should be done by our alarm company and the other they did fairly quickly. We were impressed with their excellent customer service and quality of their work.

I received a prompt appointment and the technician arrived as scheduled. He did the complete inspection and was very interested in answering questions. He explained each task thoroughly. The estimates for replacing light fixtures was 1/3 the amount that I have paid to other companies. I plan on using them when I purchse the replacement fixtures.
