I called to get a third floor fuse box repaired since it controls the heat. They didn't have an open appointment for ten days and then wouldn't make the appointment without a credit card. I hung up, sorry.
The scheduling was easy, the technician showed up on time, and the surge protector was neatly installed.
I had Veteran's Day off from work and asked if they could perform the work that day. They said they could come out that day, and the electrician Tim was right on time. He did the work, answered my questions, and was very polite. He gave me a comment card to send back about the work performed, and Lisa from the company sent an e-mail a week later inquiring about the services. They were just amazing, and I would absolutely hire them again.
The work was performed to my satisfaction.
I contacted Certified Electrical to see if there was anything they needed to know about my system's electrical box in order to install the Surge Protector. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and asked me if I could send pictures of the electrical box. She called back 15 mintues after receiving the pictures and told me the tech said their wasn't room in the box and they would need to install a Tandem Breaker and the cost would be an additional $100. The serviceman was very polite. He was on time, and performed the work quickly, and was happy to explain the questions I had about the device.
From the initial call through a folllow-up call I was impressed with the polite and engaging personality of three different employees. Gary made the appointment, guaranteed a time slot and a 20 minute call-ahead. Allen delivered the service, calling ahead as promised and was efficient in providing the service yet took the time for a pleasant chat. After trying to fix a problem myself and being unable to we decided to give CET a call. I called them yesterday morning, told the receptionist what was wrong. She said that someone would be giving me a call back shortly to ask me some questions. Steve called back a little while later and I explained the issue we were having.
