I was told to expect technician between 9-12, at 9:10 he was in my driveway!!! Dave was professional in his work and explaining of the problem we were having with one of our outlets. He replaced it and continuted to the inspection I requested. He performed a through inspection, offered suggestions along with a plan based of cost and needs. I was extremely pleased with ALL aspects of this service and will definetly be using this company to complete the electrical work in my home.

I called Certified on Thursday, they set up an appointment for Saturday and the repair, which required dismantling the entire fixture was done quickly and efficiently - with a 10% Angie's list discount! Next time I'll call them BEFORE I try and fix it myself.

I had a very hard time connecting with this company to geta simple estimate or idea of rates. They use an answering service, and then someone calls you back with information. If you miss the call, then you have to call the answering service again to leave a message. If you have another question, as I did, you have the start the whole telephone-tag process over again.So while I imagine that this company does great work, it's been frustrating to deal with the pre-work discussions and process so I am going to look for someone e... read more

The electrician replaced the transformer for the puck lights and the switch for the foyer light without any problem. But the timer for the outdoor lights was not reconnected properly. The timer was no longer functioning and the outside lights stayed on continuously. I called the company and was told that the the timer was probably broken. The electrician, Danny, arrived on time and replaced the receptacles in a very professional manner. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything. I would definitely use the company again!

Overall, I love working with this company and do intend to work with them in the future for other projects. The customer service has always been professional and willing to go the extra mile to help us with issues/concerns. And, the technician has always been very knowledgeable in all the job requests and courteous throughout.

This was a "Big Deal" I purchased for a home I just moved into. I had never thought of buying this service, but I'm glad I did, based on what I've read since then. The product installer was prompt and professional. He located the main electrical box, explained the options for location of the gadget, then installed it, cleaning up afterward.
