The technician, Rob, installed a new ceiling fan that I provided, per the Big Deal. I had purchased a Big Deal for the installation of a new ceiling fan for $265.00 from Angie's List. Did an electrical evaluation and audit through the house. I was worry about my panel and the possibility of finding shorts across the outlets and wiring. Went OK, it was not an in depth audit. According to the technician everything was in order, which I now believe as he showed a lot of interest on selling to us other services the company provides.

Thanks for the feedback. This was an AL 10 Point Safety Check. Looking at the report, no safety issues were found and no recommendations were made either by the tech or on the follow-up email. Unlike many firms our staff is not compensated on a commission basis, so there is no motivation to "up sell" to try to sell unnecessary services. This subscriber was provided with a comprehensive inspection for the AL promotional cost of $89 and there was no discussion of additional work since nothing was required.
replaced a breaker; tightened all connections on electrical panel I called CET on a Tuesday afternoon, and they were able to schedule me for between 8 am and 12 pm on that Thursday morning. Swapped out 2 fans, fixed a faulty light socket, helped solve cable hookup problem Dale, our technician, was great! He called ahead of time, and even showed up early. He was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us with our electrical issues in our new place. He wore boot covers the whole time and left the place nice and tidy!

The electrician replaced a ceiling fan, installed a dimmer switch and replaced a sensor on a light pole. I also asked him to look at a pendant light my boyfriend installed because the glass was tilting to one side (which turned out to be a defect in the glass). Alan called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Once he arrived I explained the work that had to be done. He was very efficient in taking care of everything and cleaned up when the work was finished.
